We've found the best economy seat on an A380 for those looking for that highly sought extra legroom.
An aisle seat in the middle row, seat 71D might not immediately jump out at you as the one to request.
But the floor in front of the seat is a secondary crew emergency exit for the crew rest area underneath, and therefore has no seat in front.
The seat itself is an exit row-style seat where the in flight entertainment screen and tray table are in the armrests.
The seat pocket of seat 69D in front is available for storage of magazines and personal items, and baggage placement is under the seat.
A Qantas spokesman said the seat was very popular when it came to seat selection, particularly with Qantas Frequent Flyers, and there is a lot of reference to it on social media and blogs.
Platinum, Gold and Silver Frequent Flyers can request the seat at no extra charge and other customers can select it for an extra $20 per flight sector.
