QANTAS is introducing new interiors in its Airbus A330 cabins next year, including business-class seats that can be left in a recline position during take off and landing.

All 30 of Qantas' A330s will be upgraded with Marc Newson-designed business suites in a
1-2-1 layout with fully flat beds and direct aisle access from every seat.

Ten planes used for international flights will have new economy seats and 20 domestic planes will have their economy seats refurbished.

All A330s will also be fitted with Qantas' Q-Streaming technology, which provides access to its extensive entertainment library streamed to devices such as iPads. Regional airline QantasLink will also have new interiors on five of its Boeing 717 planes operating from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne to Canberra, with a business-class cabin and iPad entertainment in every seat
