The tragedy left all those involved dead with all 67 bodies now recovered from the river.

It’s the deadliest US air crash since November 2001, when 260 people died after an American Airlines plane plunged into a Queens neighbourhood.

Another tragedy occurred last Friday when a medical plane crashed into a busy Philadelphia neighbourhood killing all six on-board, one person on ground and injuring 24 others.
