A BRITISH Airways crew member is in hot water after a video surfaced of her performing an odd striptease.

A BRITISH Airways flight attendant has been suspended after a video surfaces of her sniffing her own tights in a bizarre striptease.

The flight attendant closes her eyes and tells the camera, “I wish you could smell this” in the clip that reportedly started doing the rounds among staff, The Sun reported.

In the controversial video, the flight attendant tells viewers that she has been wearing the tights all day “with no knickers”.

A British Airways flight attendant has been suspended over a video that shows her in uniform peeling off her tights.

British Airways confirmed a staff member had been suspended over the video.

“We hold our colleagues to very high standards and expect them to behave responsibly,” a spokesman said. “When this doesn’t happen we will always take the appropriate action.”

While the woman’s motivation behind making the video is unclear, it could be part of the rising market for tights and shoes fetishes.

Flight attendants have been selling their worn stockings online.

Some of the stockings are well-worn, including with ladders in the stitching.

The tights are part of a growing market for used products.

Tights are being sold for about $17 a pop online, with cabin crew keen to make a little extra cash on the side by selling their old gear.

It comes as sources claimed some tights had been sold for up to $140.

“It’s all very weird but there’s a problem underlying it, and that’s the fact that the wages are so poor,” the source said, according to The Sun.
