This company will pay someone $14k to drink rosé in France on a free holiday
A glass of rosé? Good. A glass of rosé in France? Better. A gig where you can drink rosé in France and get paid thousands? Yes please.
Rosé lovers, this is your chance to sip as much as you can of the pink drink on a luxury trip to the south of France — and get paid for it.
Wine brand Rosé All Day is launching a talent search for the next great pink wine influencer.
The lifestyle company and vino purveyor is offering a $14,450 prize and a free trip to the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France to the person who uploads the most undeniably fabulous rosé-related content, the New York Post reports.
The posting period runs from June 8, when the contest officially starts — on National Rosé Day, of course — through to September 2.
Rosé season enthusiasts can catch the brand’s eye simply by posting photos that showcase their love for the trendy drink and highlight their upbeat personalities, and then tagging the Rosé All Day Instagram account.
Beyond that, the only rule for potential applicants is that they are over the age of 21.
On September 3, the brand will announce its top five picks. The semi-finalists will then compete for the winning spot by posting one last pastel-wine themed photo.
Rosé has certainly overcome its once-gauche reputation.
Until recently, it was considered the pink-headed stepchild of the wine world, producing hangovers reminiscent of too-sweet white zinfandel.
But today, it’s a top seller at restaurants and liquor stores and a $373 million industry, according to Nielsen.
#RoséSlay, anyone?
