The budget airline will have 40,000 discounted fares across its entire network with popular domestic routes including Brisbane to Newcastle from $54, Darwin to Gold Coast from $139 and Sydney to Busselton Margaret River from $159.
The Whitsunday Coast is also part of the sale with flights from Adelaide starting at $144.
Aussies keen to head overseas to tourists hotspots such as Bali can do so from $165 Cairns or Darwin.
If Singapore is on the bucket list, there’s flights starting from $189 from Melbourne (Tullamarine). Otherwise, those keen to explore South Korea can do so from $289, from Brisbane to Seoul.
Club Jetstar members will have exclusive access to further reduced fares from $49 such as Newcastle to Melbourne (Tullamarine).
Travel dates vary per route but include mid-July to late September 2025 for domestic and mid-May to late August 2025 for international. The sale ends at 11.59pm AEST on Sunday, April 27, unless sold out prior. It also excludes checked bags.
Jetstar’s executive manager customer Jenn Armor said the sale is perfect for a “last minute winter getaway”.
“Our sales sell out really quicky, so I’d encourage people to jump online today and take advantage of the 40,000 sale fares,” Ms Armor told news.com.au.
“We’re currently in one of our busiest ever holiday peaks, with over 790,000 passengers flying with Jetstar (Australia) over the Easter and ANZAC Day holiday between April 17 and 27.”
The airline will average over 400 domestic and international flights a day - a 12 per cent per cent increase on the same time last year.
“Jetstar is all about giving our customers great value, with a growing fleet, new destinations and reliable service.”
The sale comes as Finder reveals over two-thirds of Aussies - more than 14 million people - are planning to travel this year.
The research revealed 40 per cent of Aussies plan to holiday at home - equivalent to 8.3 million people planning to travel domestically.
Meanwhile, almost 1 in 3 (28 per cent) plan to travel internationally throughout the year.
South East Asia is at the top of plenty of people’s wish list this year - with 15 per cent of Aussies keen to visit countries in that region including Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore.
In 2024 alone, around 1.17 million Australians visited Singapore. This represents an 8.2 per cent increase compared to 2023 and ranked Singapore as one of the top three markets for tourism receipts for Australia, according to travelweekly.com.au and Karryon.
The destination is home to the iconic Raffles Hotel, Marina Bay Sands and is also known for its great hawkers.
Europe is in second place, with 13 per cent of Australians planning a trip to countries including Spain and Germany.
Japan rounds out the top three popular destinations - with 12 per cent planning to visit the Land of the Rising Sun.
Meanwhile, the United States (7 per cent), United Kingdom (6 per cent), China (4 per cent) and India (2 per cent) are also popular with Australian tourists in 2025.
