An Aussie woman has gone viral after she revealed what happened when she took a “random” picture of a plane.
Neoma, from Sydney, was taking her dog Butter for a walk when she decided to stop to take a photo of a Qantas plane flying above — something she has never done before.
She hoped it was her pilot boyfriend, but she never actually believed it would be the case.
In a now viral TikTok, Neoma revealed it was actually him, sharing a screenshot of their text exchange with his response leaving her in shock.
“So a plane flew over me today while I was walking Butter and I thought it might be you?!” she said in the text.
“I know you land around 5.55?”
She sent him a photo of the plane she took a snap of, to which he responded: “Babe it could be let me SEE!”
He then sent her a screenshot of a map which showed where his plane was located at that the time she took the image, which was on Tuesday, May 3.
“THAT DO BE ME,” he said in a text.
“5.27am I was over Minto!”
A very shocked Neoma responded: “NO WAY. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES”.
Her video has since blown up attracting almost one million views, more than 128,000 ‘likes’ and hundreds of comments.
“OMG THAT'S SO CUTE,” one equally shocked TikTok user wrote.
“Nah that is the cutest thing ever, how your instinct just told you it’s him,” a second person wrote.
A third person said: “THIS IS MAKING ME CRY PLS THIS IS THE CUTEST THING EVER.”
Others agreed the clip made them “tear up”, while some shared similar experiences.
“This happened to me as well!!! I was meeting my online boyfriend for the first time and his plane flew over me as I drove to pick him up,” one woman wrote.
“I have taken a photo of my fiancés plane as he flew back to the US from the UK via Amsterdam – the flight path was in view from my bedroom window,” another wrote.
