Photo of woman’s ‘rude’ plane act divides opinion

A passenger has slammed a fellow traveller over their “rude” act during a flight – but not everyone was on the passenger’s side.

The top FIVE plane habits you should avoid

A passenger slammed a fellow traveller for blocking their plane TV screen during a flight – but not everyone was on their side.

The man explained that the woman in front had covered their screen with their coat while sitting in extra leg room seats, The Sun reports.

Sharing a picture on Reddit, he wrote: “I guess no entertainment for my wife on this flight.”

In the image, a large black coat was put over the back of the seat, covering nearly all of his wife’s screen.

Lots of people were just as annoyed as he was.

One person said: “Flip it back over the lady’s head.”

Another said: “Blows my mind how someone can do that, while realising they have a TV/touchscreen in front of them and not think about the TV that’s on the back of their own seat.”

But not everyone agreed – and said the man should have just asked to move it.

Someone commented: “I’m sure she put her jacket on the seat without really realising it would block the TV. All you have to do is kindly ask her to move it and she will.”

Another agreed: “She could also say something. Chances are the person didn’t think about it. Most people are decent about stuffs like that.”

One person explained how they had a similar situation, only for the passenger to refuse to move it – but then got a free upgrade.

He said: “Solution was speaking to the flight attendant. She went and spoke to the senior attendant who then dealt with the issue.

“Not long after, same issue again. I was bumped up to business class.”

It’s not the first time a passenger has sparked outrage over their on-board behaviour.

A photo emerged of a woman’s long hair draped over the back of her seat.

A Twitter user shared the snap in October alongside the caption: “Would this p*ss you off”.

The tweet went viral with many agreeing it would annoy them, while others joked that they would start braiding the woman’s hair.
