The man, who gave his name as David, claims he had sex during a flight twice and got away with it, reportsThe Sun.

David, who first had sex on a flight in 2012, said the fake illness would also explain why you could come out looking “dishevelled and a bit sweaty”.

While there is no law against the Mile High Club, it could be deemed illegal under Section 71 of United Kingdom’s Sexual Offences Act 2004.

This would make having sex in a public toilet illegal and result in a £1000 fine.
