Beer may still be king, but "The Twist" is the new queen to the thousands of collegians as they work off excess energy on the beach here, this spring. The residents of this resort are thankful that the vigorous dance seems to have taken care of all the youthful enthusiasm of the teenagers and young adults who annually descend on this winter haven during their spring or Easter vacations. Last year, before the twist, several student riots broke out and some 400 collegians landed in jail.
