THREE former female employees in New Jersey have agreed on an unknown settlement after filing a lawsuit against their previous employers over being subjected to X-rated antics.

According to nj.com in the lawsuit, Nicole Orlando, Evelyn Grondski and Donna Simone said the company was, “so sexually aggressive, morally repulsive, and unlawfully hostile that it is rivalled only by the businesses portrayed in the films Boiler Room and The Wolf of Wall Street.”

The lawsuit claimed, “Older male managers obsessively pursue and engage in sexual relationships with younger female employees, and they use their money and power to coerce female employees into … sexually promiscuous conduct in the workplace.”

Lawyer R. Armne McOmber who represented the women said the allegations in the lawsuit were, “one of the worst cases of a misogynist environment,” that he has ever seen.

Owner Mark Mancino and manager Michael Hamill were accused of frequently beckoning one female sales representative into a private office by yelling, “Wendy! Get your tits in here!”

Once inside the office the two men could be heard taking turns “motor-boating” the representative’s breasts, alleged the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also claimed a “slush fund” was used to pay for extravagant personal expenses on the company books. This apparently included yachts, hotel rooms and gifts for certain employees with whom individual defendants had sexual relations with.

In the lawsuit Mancino was accused of hiring a 22-year-old woman he met at his gym for a $60,000 employment offer and “unlimited access” to the corporate credit card.

In exchange for this and along with other extravagant gifts including a car and a $4000 Gucci purse the woman, “wore provocative outfits in the office and, during meetings, intentionally bent over so defendant Mancino could gawk at her body and rub her inner thigh,” the lawsuit alleged.

The lawsuit also noted an incident where male managers encouraged a female employee to lift up her skirt and press her bare-backside against the glass conference wall in front of the entire office.

It then described Marino allegedly throwing himself against the glass and “air humping” the woman, happily retorting, “How else could I respond to that!?”

Workers were apparently asked to keep Mancino’s escapades on the quiet so his wife would not learn of his unfaithfulness; however the lawsuit claimed his attempts failed which is why she is in the process of divorcing him.

The company was also accused of regularly hiring strippers who were brought into the office to celebrate “special occasions” which included Hamill’s birthday party in June.

Ahead of these ”special occasions” workers were asked to sign a “waiver” which said they were okay with “lewd” activity taking place in the office.

If an employee declined the form they were, “laughed at for being ‘lame,’ ‘prude,’ or a ‘tight ass,’” the lawsuit said.

According to the lawsuit Orlando, Grondski and Simone said they were fired for not agreeing to go along with these antics and for complaining about the company regularly and illegally ripping off their customers.

The financial companies’ lawyer, Jeffrey Testa, said the lawsuit has since been withdrawn subject to an undisclosed settlement.
