The 4.5-star property has had kitchens and bathrooms in all its one, two and three-bedroom apartments revamped.
"It has been a huge project for us," Seashells Broome general manager Deb Williams said.
"Bathrooms and kitchens throughout all levels of accommodation were renovated with all tiling replaced, new cabinetry, fittings and fixtures installed and new appliances and whitegoods bought. Cyclone Rusty caused a bit of havoc during the project with rain and wind for almost a week and the highway to Perth closing for four days delaying deliveries."
The resort has an outdoor pool and spa, parking, barbecues, a playground, free in-house movies and Foxtel.
