Mildura Jazz, Food and Wine Festival in Victoria from November 1 to 5

JAZZ musicians from around the country will converge for the annual Mildura Jazz, Food and Wine Festival from November 1 to 5.

THIS year's Mildura Jazz, Food and Wine Festival will extend across five days for the first time to include a Melbourne Cup Day lunch.

The festival will run from November 1 to 5, beginning with returning act Beaten Bodies at the Mildura Club.

On Saturday afternoon the River City Jazz Club presents Reuben's Riverboat Ramble, with Maryborough Traditional Jazz Ensemble playing on board a paddlesteamer on the Murray River.

That night musicians will perform on the streets and in various restaurants and bars while on Sunday evening Jazz Jam will take place at the Mildura RSL with Shirazz, Loose Goose, the Peter Hooper Quartet and Maryborough Traditional Jazz Ensemble performing.

On Tuesday November 5 the Melbourne Cup Day event at Flemington will be streamed live at the Mildura Club for a virtual 'day at the races'' in Mildura.
