MARGARET River Providore has opened a new tasting centre in Perth's Swan Valley.

Housed in a stone and timber building beside its sister-business, The Margaret River Chocolate Company, on West Swan Rd, it has its own
vineyard and will offer sales
and wine, chocolate liqueur and food tastings.

Providore co-owner Patrick Coward said it was an exciting time for the business as it continued to expand, with specific food tasting counters where staff can talk about food ideas and explain how to use the ingredients on sale.

"Both sites will offer wine tasting for our Coward & Black range of wines, which include wines from our Swan Valley vineyard and our delicious Sambarino chocolate liqueur,"
he said.

The Swan Valley tasting centre is open daily from 9am to 5pm.
