Theyinclude a Friday Sundown Soiree at Fraser Gallop Estate on November 22, where guests can indulge in award-winning wines by the Fraser Gallop Winery, canapes by Hadleigh Troy of Restaurant Amuse and enjoy a visit by top UK chef Heston Blumenthal.
There will also be a dinner at Xanadu Winery, which is a collaboration between Mark Best, from 3-hatted Sydney restaurant Marque and Pie Modern Melbourne, French chef Julien Royer and Melissa Kokoti and her team at Xanadu.
Burch Family Wines is also offering a Masters, Michelin and Magnums dinner where Michelin-star chef Alain Fabregues will craft a classic French menu around original recipes from his work with various masters of French cuisine, including Jean Delaveyne.
A more casual Gourmet Beach BBQ will be held on Sunday, November 24 with a buffet brunch created by the team at Lamont's using the region's produce.
