Cultural experience at Kimberley Coastal Camp

KIMBERLEY Coastal Camp in Western Australia has introduced a new cultural experience with traditional owner Albert Peurmora.

KIMBERLEY Coastal Camp in Western Australia has introduced a new cultural experience with traditional owner Albert Peurmora.

Guests who experience the three-day package will gain an insight into indigenous culture and see some of the world's finest rock art.

The tour begins in Kununurra with a scenic flight to see Mitchell Falls before a 20 minute helicopter ride to Kimberley Coastal Camp, a small wilderness retreat on the coast of the Admiralty Gulf, where they will stay in beachfront bungalows

Activities include bushwalking to ancient Aboriginal rock art sites, boat cruises, beach picnics, bird watching, swimming and optional fishing tours.

It runs from August 16 to 19 and costs $4057 per person, including a night in Kununurra on August 15.
