At around 9:15pm last night emergency services were called to Livingstone Ave Dharruk for reports of a stabbing. On arrival they found a 36 yo man with a single stab wound to his left chest following a home invasion. The man was in cardiac arrest on scene and remained in that state on the way to Westmead Hospital. Its believe that the man was stabbed as he opened the door on his house by several offenders. Distraught family and friends gathered on scene with the dead mans sister turning up to the scene and trying to enter the crime scene as she ducked and weaved from police as they tried to stop her.
