GOLD Logie winner Samuel Johnson has opened up about why he won’t be having any children of his own.

Police are seeking assistance from the community following the attempted sexual assault of a 12-year-old boy in a public toilet at a shopping centre in Bass Hill yesterday. About 8.15pm (Saturday 22 April 2017), the boy walked into a public toilet inside the shopping complex on the Hume Highway. As he entered the facility he noticed a man in a cubicle with the door open. The boy quickly moved to leave the facility but the man grabbed him by his waist and pulled him into the cubicle. Police were told the man hit the boy across his head while attempting to pull him closer. As the assault was occurring two men entered the toilet facility which startled the man allowing the boy to break free and run out. Police were called and detectives from Bankstown Local Area Command attended the location and commenced an investigation. CCTV has been seized and detectives are now pursuing a number of lines of inquiry. Police would like to speak with a man depicted in the CCTV image who investigators believe may be able to assist with the investigation. Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers. .
