Chantelle started out her career in journalism covering rural news at The Weekly Times, where she once got to play with miniature donkeys for work – yes, they really exist! Since then, her career highlights have included travelling to the US and UK to learn about the journalism and publishing industries there. In London, she covered Queen Elizabeth II’s death and funeral, where she spent 10 hours in the crowd! She is a 2020 News Corp Australia Young Journalist of the Year and a 2020 Walkley Young Australian Journalist of the Year Awards finalist.
