Deer's shockingly bold move stuns hunter

THIS hunter only had deer in his sights. But when one clueless (or ballsy) little dude walked right up to him, he had to hold his fire. Then it made a move for the rifle.

THIS deer is either ridiculously smart, ridiculously ballsy, or ridiculously oblivious.

Whatever the reason - he's found the perfect way to outsmart his nemesis.

When the creature, who was not stunned by the sounds of a firing rifle in the slightest, starts to approach from the right, the hunter lowers his weapon to inspect.

Curiously, the deer continues his approach right until the moment he walks up right next to the hunter.

Shocked and obviously impressed, the hunter holds his fire and welcomes the deer, who then continues to display his obliviousness/arrogance by licking the rifle.

Oh, deer. (Sorry).

"Look at this thing! It's f***ing licking the gun!" the hunter's friend says in stunned disbelief.

The cheek of the thing. But the deer's motivation isn't important; the outcome is.

He lives. And maybe negotiates the world's first successful peace deal between deer hunters and The Bambi Alliance.
