Tian Tian the panda lives at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo park in Washington, DC, an area that’s expected to receive a dumping between 50-100cm during blizzard Jonas.
The Smithsonian shared a video of Tian Tian playing happily in the snow earlier today and it’s already been retweeted 110,000 times.
According to the Smithsonian, Tian Tian is an 18-year-old, 120kg male born at the China Research and Conservation Center for the Giant Panda in Wolong, Sichuan Province.
Wolong is a protected region in China were many endangered species live.

Snowstorm Jonas has caused havoc over the east of the US. New York has issued a complete travel ban and eleven people have already died.
The National Weather Service says this blizzard could rank near the top 10 to ever hit the region.
