BEACH-GOERS got the shock of their lives after a walk along the sand turned into a special delivery of the animal kind.

The group found a dead shark lying on the sand on a beach in Cape Town, South Africa, when they noticed the animal’s stomach moving, news24 reported.

Using some quick thinking and believing the shark had pups inside, one of the group begins cutting the shark’s stomach open.

Three pups are soon pulled from the animal’s stomach before being carefully being placed in the water to swim to safety — much to the delights on the North American group.

It wasn’t known who took the footage but has already amassed thousands of views since being uploaded on YouTube a few days ago.

The footage was shot back in May but has gone viral now.

But the description of the footage on YouTube clip reads: “This video is a good example of respect to all forms of life ... You cannot help but admire the beach goers that helped the baby sharks live a life in the ocean.”

The pup begins to move around after it is ‘born’.
