Being a new mum is no easy feat, but this dedicated bunch of animals show that the love only growns as they bond with their boisterous babies.

A baby otter even sleeps on its mother as they float on the surface of the lake which is surrounded by ice. Others hold on to each other for support as they keep their heads above the water. The sea otters can be seen relaxing as their backs as they enjoy a quick swim near the Kenai Peninsula in the Gulf of Alaska.
