Woman banned from Facebook after hitting back at a man who sent her photos of his penis
SAMANTHA Mawdsley was sent an unsolicited picture on Facebook by a man she didn’t know. In the end, she was the one who got banned.
A WOMAN hit back after being sent nude pictures by a man on Facebook — but ended up being banned from the site herself.
Most of us will have heard about the rise of the penis pic, usually sent by hopeful guys to girls on dating sites.
According to The Sun, the man who got in touch with Samantha Mawdsley took things a step further though, shooting off a shot of his privates in response to a restaurant review she’d left.
Yes, a restaurant review.
“It was absolutely random,” she told MirrorOnline.
“He somehow found a review I wrote about a cafe in Manchester months ago and he commented on it asking me to check my DMs.
“He knew what he was doing, because I wouldn’t have checked my filtered messages otherwise. He made sure I saw it.”
What transpired was probably the exact opposite of what the man had expected.
Rather than expressing her delight at the unsolicited penis snap, Samantha decided to play the guy at his own game.
That meant sending him a number of pictures of men’s tackle — which as you can expect, didn’t go down that well.
“Why the f*** are you nasty like that? I was nice with u,” he responded.
That only fuelled Mawdsley’s fire, and she began sending through more and more snaps of people’s manhoods.
Quoting the guy’s words back to him, she reminded him she was “being nice” by sending on the snaps.
Predictably, this didn’t go down that well.
He asked her to “stop it” (using slightly fruitier language), with Mawdsley again explaining there shouldn’t be a problem as she was just being nice.
The man disagreed, saying: “I’m not gay and you’re a girl so you should like it”.
Finally, she attempted to explain what she was doing.
She wrote: “I’m crazy?!! Why?! For sending d*** pics to strangers on the internet?!
“Dude! Pot, kettle, black!!”
Although Mawdsley had been sent unwanted images by men in the past, she felt replying to a restaurant review with one took things to the next level.
This was what spurred her on to send him the flood of penis images.
Things would have ended there, but after he asked her not to share their messages online, she decided to shame him.
She posted the exchange on Facebook, but some of the images were removed because they were so risque.
This prompted her to repost them but with pictures covering the rude parts — such as a cartoon elephant’s trunk.
Again these were taken down, before Facebook deactivated her account completely.
Mawdsley says she doesn’t care though, explaining she hopes this shows men that sending these kind of images is totally unacceptable.
