HE’S made international headlines after his Derek Zoolander Vine this week—but who is this online whizkid?
Jerome Jarre is a 24-year-old from France who has become famous for making comical six-second videos on Vine.
The Vines include Jarre walking up to strangers in the street and hugging them, hanging out with friends and, most famously, taking selfies with celebrities.
Jerome moved to New York with $800 to his name and focused on producing Vine videos. He now has more than eight million followers, and a pocket full of cash.
He’s now a co-founder of the digital talent agency GrapeStory, which manages several high-profile social media stars.
