AFTER months of speculation, the transgender Olympic champion formerly known as Bruce Jenner has unveiled herself as Caitlyn.

While her new look and name have received widespread praise for the LGBT community, the general public and her family, it appears some people are yet to embrace Bruce’s transition into a female.

This is where the Twitter bot called @she_not_he comes into play.

The bot, created by Twitter users @caitlindewey and @andrewmcgill, is working to make sure people are using the correct pronoun when discussing Caitlyn Jenner.

“I’m a bot politely correcting Twitter users who misgender Caitlyn Jenner. Apologies if I make a mistake reading your tweet,” reads the bots bio.

To date, the bot has corrected just under 1700 users, although some have been incorrectly flagged after commenting on the fact that “he” is the wrong pronoun to use.
