Social media posts have uncovered disturbing details about a horrifying crash that claimed the lives of a woman and three teenagers in regional Victoria.

Alicia Jade Montebello, 31, originally from South Australia, was one of the victims in the fatal accident that occurred near Bochara on May 27.

The other victims were identified as Meghan Fox, 14, Joshua Elmes, 15, and Lucus Garzoli, 14. A 17-year-old survived the crash but remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

The shocking incident unfolded in the early hours of Saturday morning on Wannon-Nigretta Falls Road, a remote area near Bochara, approximately 290 kilometres southwest of Melbourne.

The victims were travelling in a red Toyota Corolla that collided with a tree.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing, and authorities have yet to determine the identity of the driver.

Social media posts have emerged indicating that Alicia Jade Montebello was the subject of an ongoing investigation into alleged grooming.

The investigation began after a concerned mother reported that Montebello had expressed a desire for a sexual relationship with her young daughter.

Further revelations have come to light regarding Montebello’s past. Reports suggest that she had a lengthy history of driving offences, including drink driving, and was facing charges of stalking and breaching bail.

The Warrnambool Standardreported the charges were related to incidents in which she allegedly stalked a teenage girl. The mother of the alleged victim believed her daughter was being groomed — and her claims triggered an ongoing police investigation into the allegations.

A photograph, believed to have been taken by Montebello while driving, appeared as the final image in her last TikTok video, which was posted on May 14.

In addition, a newly uncovered picture on Montebello’s TikTok account showed Jorja in the car’s passenger seat without a seatbelt, seemingly taken just days before the fatal crash.

The video also captured Montebello hugging and kissing youngsters, accompanied by a caption expressing her commitment to always being there for them.

“I promise I’ll always be there for you . somehow I will make it work … love you guys xx,” it read

Montebello’s troubled past includes previous charges of stalking and causing damage with her car, as well as multiple breaches of bail conditions.

In April, she pleaded guilty to these charges in Warrnambool Magistrates Court but was not convicted and received a fine of $700.

Prior to her relocation to Victoria, Montebello faced charges in South Australia for driving an unregistered vehicle with excess blood alcohol. She had her license disqualified and later faced additional charges for driving with a disqualified license and failing to display P-plates.

She received a suspended prison sentence and further license disqualification as a result of these offences.
