A SEVEN-year-old boy penned this note after accidentally leaving his footy gear at a bus stop. The response and outcome was amazing.

The Mirror reports the unnamed student stuck up the letter outside his south London school after realising he’d left his stuff behind.

“Please, I am 7 year old from Dog Kennel Hill Primary School,” it read.

“I left my school bag yesterday at this bus stop with my school stuff inside and my football kit which I got for my birthday.

“If you find it, please take it to the school opposite this bus stop, Dog Kennel Hill Primary School,” it continued.

Southwark News, a local paper, saw the sign and posted it to their Facebook page where it was quickly shared thousands of times.

Offers were soon flooding in.

“I know there’s a lot of people, including myself who would happily replace the bag and the football kit,” one Facebook user said.

Luckily for the boy, word spread like wildfire and the bag was located the next day.

“I’m reliably told that the bag has been handed in at school,” Caroline O’Toole wrote.

“Hooray!!”
