POLICE in the US have stumbled across social media gold and refused to keep it to themselves. So we are now also sharing it with you. Enjoy.

THE Sutton Police Department have posted a picture of a crash form someone handed in.

The form asks for you draw a diagram of the roadway or streets where the crash occurred, indicating the vehicles involved and direction of travel.

In a post they entitled “You Can’t Make This Stuff Up!” they shared their bemusement and the drawing on their Facebook.

“This is the back of a crash form that someone involved in an accident in town turned in to us ... Seriously. We’re not saying you need to be Pablo Picasso with your drawings, but a little more effort would have gone a long way. Enjoy your day!” Sutton Police wrote on the post.

Many commentators have likened the cars to eggs and a “skateboard” crash. Personally we think it looks more like the Flintstones cars colliding. To each their own.
