A DEDICATED dog was filmed chasing an ambulance carrying its owner after the man reportedly suffered an epileptic fit in the streets of Brazil.

A HEARTWARMING video has emerged showing a dog chasing an ambulance carrying its owner, refusing to stop until it was let into the vehicle.

The video was uploaded yesterday and shows the dog chasing the ambulance before paramedics let the poor little pup in to see its owner.
