Owen and his service dog, Blue, are the Canadian home improvement company’s newest employees.

Owen was having trouble finding a job due to a brain injury, and the fact that he requires a support dog really limited his options.

But not at Lowes!

“A recent hire is a gentleman that was having difficulty finding employment because of a brain injury and a support dog. So we did what Lowe’s does best: we hired him and outfitted Blue, our customer service canine, with his very own vest!” the company shared on Facebook.
