EVER wonder how much time you've wasted liking other people's baby photos and stalking your crush on Facebook? This handy calculator reveals the truth.

FACEBOOK's 10th birthday is next week, and to celebrate, TIME has made a calculator that wants to remind you just how much of your life you've wasted on the social networking site.

While Facebook doesn't actually hand over data about how often someone logs in or specific time idling the site, it does give access to the timestamps of everything you have posted.

So it works by going through your posts from the beginning of your Facebook addiction right until today, coupled with an estimate of how many minutes per day you think you spend.

It then spits out a pretty accurate estimation on the time you've spent on Facebook. But since it doesn't account for the time you've spent lurking through pictures of that crush of yours, feel free to add even a few gazillion more hours to whatever number you get.
