‘F***ing oath’: Insane rant on Sydney train recorded
A profanity-filled confrontation between two commuters has been recorded on a Sydney train, and it all started over a seemingly innocuous act.
An explosive, profanity-filled confrontation between two men has been recorded on a Sydney train.
The argument appeared to have started when one man tapped the other’s chair, which enraged him enough to spark a confrontation five minutes later.
Audio of the incident was posted onto Reddit along with the description: “When someone asks me what Sydney’s like, I’d be playing this voice recording.”
The first man in the recording is described as being aged between 40-50, while the other commuter is in their 20s with “skater dude” vibes, dressed in baggy clothes and a beanie embroidered with flowers.
“Why did you tap my chair?” the first, older man asked.
“I have no idea brother,” the second, younger man responded.
“You walked in and tapped my f***ing chair while I’m sitting on it. Why’d you do that?” the first man pushed.
To which the second man again said he had “no idea”, prompting the first man to ask if he had a memory problem.
The first man then insisted the second man was a “disrespectful little c**t” for the act and asked him to get off at the next stop. The second man was a bit baffled what all the fuss was about when it came to tapping the chair, saying: “If I did, why is it an issue?”.
“I’ll wrap your head around your a**hole and stuff it up there,” the first man replied.
“You would, wouldn’t you,” the second man responded.
“F***ing oath I would,” the first man said. “You want to see it. Don’t you f***ing touch a chair that someone’s sitting in.”

“I’ve been in this train the whole time since Wynyard. Why are you bringing this up right now?” the second man asked.
“Because I’ve been watching you … sitting there talking to yourself and singing into your phone like a little f***ing girl,” the first man said.
To which the second man said “you’re not worth my time” and “you’re a big f***ing man aren’t you”.
The first man said: “You wouldn’t have the balls you little f***ing vagina”, then calling him a “coward” and “little girl”.
The second man then said the first man is using his insults and called him a “weasel”.

At the end, the first man appeared to steal the other’s beanie as he can be heard saying: “Give me my f***ing hat back”.
There are parts two and three visible on a screenshot of the audio message, however we cannot hear what they say. Many Reddit users are curious to hear how the confrontation ended.
A Sydney Trains spokesman has declined to comment on the incident.
