Dramatic footage from a vehicle dashcam shows the white BMW weaving dangerously between cars at speed on a single-lane stretch of road.

A sign on the roadside indicates the speed limit is 60km/h as the car narrowly avoids colliding with a truck while overtaking.

Given safety concerns, police terminated the on-road pursuit in Pitt Town.
