A bus which burst into flames atop a famous Australian bridge has sparked commuter chaos.
A bus has burst into flames on Sydney's famed Harbour Bridge, sparking chaos among morning commuters.
Emergency services rushed to extinguish the blaze reportedly began shortly after 8.30am on Wednesday.
NSW Police said the fire had since been extinguished, with motorists urged to continue to expect delays.
Live Traffic NSW urged drivers to exercise caution on the citybound approach to the bridge after the fire.
“No lanes are closed but emergency services and traffic crews are there,” A Live Traffic NSW alert stated.
“Traffic is slowing down so also expect some delays.”
