An artist has created photo shooter with Gameboy, camera, thermal printer, Arduino board and gun

SEE what happens when you take a Gameboy, camera, thermal printer, Arduino board and gun. The results are nostalgically awesome.

Shut up and take my money.

A RUSSIAN artist has proved what is possible with a little bit of ingenuity.

Dmirtry Morozov has created the world’s most unnecessary, yet awesome DIY camera.

Dubbed the “gbg-8,” the photo shooter was created with an old Gameboy, a camera, a thermal printer, an Arduino board and a gun.

It creates an 8-bit instant photo using the barrel as the viewfinder and the gun trigger as the shoot button.

The photo displays on the Gameboy screen before being sent to a thermal printer.

Check out the video of the creation in action.
