This latest version of the hugely popular Angry Birds games is themed around the upcoming animated movie Rio from 20th Century Fox. In this free version of the game, the Angry Birds must rescue their friends - two blue Macaws - imprisoned in Rio.

This application, which normally must be paid for, allows users to create digital paintings or sketches. The application contains a "smudge tool" and eight brushes; the app also allows users to create their own brushes and customise them to their demands.

360° Photo Book of Toys (books)
This booklike application gathers together the earliest toys of famous Japanese toy collector Mr Teruhisa Kitahara. The application contains the first in a series, about toys up to the 1930s, and allows users to rotate, zoom in and find detailed information on the collectables via their iPad.

Pickin' Stix Classic (games)
Players of this classic game have to observe the pile of sticks and then carefully select the stick at the top of the pile and thereby score points. In this updated version of the game for the iPad, players can also race against the clock.

This application for the iPad loosely translates as 'Tvister - more and more TV.' The app provides users with a detailed program guide to over 45 channels and allows users to search what is on by channel, genre or time. The application covers all major free-to-watch TV channels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
