ANNA, the Disney princess of Frozen fame, lies motionless on a hospital bed while you inject her with a hypodermic needle and cut open her stomach to deliver a baby.

That is the disturbing premise behind a new app titled Anna Giving Birth.

The game takes users through a sequence of steps including measuring the baby’s heart rate, putting the princess to sleep and eventually delivering a happy, healthy, blonde-headed cartoon baby.

Among the reviews, it has been described as the “most immerse gameplay and storyline I’ve ever experienced”.

The topic was also being widely discussed on Twitter.
