Street Fighter 6 debuts Guile at Summer Game Fest

Despite the leaks, Street Fighter 6 is still looking great with a new character reveal at Summer Game Fest.

Capcom continues a shockingly excellent marketing campaign for Street Fighter 6 with another new character reveal as part of Summer Game Fest today. Guile makes his debut in SF6 with a comb and all his usual moves.

Guile was part of the large leak of potential characters in some concept art last week. He’s a massive fan-favourite, of course, and it wouldn’t be a Street Fighter game without him, especially in the modern era. Capcom have been showing off new stuff every single day on Twitter, and we’d expect to see some more at potentially both the Xbox show on Sunday and Capcom’s own show on Tuesday.

Street Fighter 6 is due out 2023 — we’d hope for a beta this year. More information on Guile is available on the blog.
