How to get the free Major Mancake Fortnite skin

The Fortnite x Fall Guys event has brought with it free rewards for all Fortnite players, the pinnacle being the Major Mancake skin.

Who doesn’t love pancakes? Well, anyone who comes up against someone wearing this skin might go off them a bit, because Major Mancake is quite the sight to behold. He’s a stack of syrup-covered pancakes wielding a staff made of pancakes, and something has made him very cross indeed, making him ready to wreak havoc on Fortnite.

This weird skin is available for free in Fortnite thanks to the Fortnite x Fall Guys crossover event. That said, while you don’t have to pay any money for this skin, you still have to work for it by completing a series of challenges. We’ll walk you through the challenges and tell you how you can claim your Major Mancake Fortnite skin.

How to get your free Major Mancake skin in Fortnite

To unlock this skin, you won’t need to even boot up Fortnite until the very end. What you should do first is install and launch Fall Guys, then make sure your Fall Guys and Fortnite profiles are linked to the same Epic Games Store account.

The challenges you need to complete are the Crown Clash challenges, which all involve playing a lot of Fall Guys. Here are all the challenges and their in-game rewards for Fall Guys.

• Play 10 rounds in any show – 300 Kudos

• Play 20 rounds in any show – 500 Kudos

• Play 40 rounds in any show – 800 Kudos

• Play 70 rounds in any show – 1000 Kudos

• Play 100 rounds in any show – 1200 Kudos

As you can see, these aren’t complicated or difficult challenges, you just have to play Fall Guys a bunch to complete all of them. Once you’ve done it, the Major Mancake skin should unlock automatically in Fortnite. It may take a little while to register, but it’ll eventually appear when you boot up the game.

As an added bonus, if you have your Rocket League profile linked to the same Epic account, you can get rewards there such as a unique Fallout Rocket Boost.
