As has been rumoured for a little while, Indiana Jones is finally making his way to Fortnite as an unlockable skin. You’ll need to own the Battle Pass, and then complete a series of challenges to unlock it. The challenges go live at 9am ET/2pm BST today, and will be available until the end of Chapter 3 Season 3.

A new weapon has reared its head with this update, and the Charge SMG promises to make quite the splash. With this gun you hold down the fire button to charge a gauge, the more you charge it, the more bullets shoot once you release the button. It has some interesting potential on the battlefield but we must, unfortunately, say goodbye to the Combat SMG, which has now been vaulted.

Building in Fortnite is a fiddly process, and even if you’re very good at it, building a good defensive structure can take vital seconds you don’t always have. The Port-A-Fort has come out of the vault to fix that problem, simply throw this item on the ground and a big fort will pop up in front of you in an instant.

What was previously known as the temple POI has now been given its own featured spot on the Fortnite map as Shuffled Shrines. There are all sorts of goodies waiting for you there, and you can find it just west of The Joneses.
