The PlayStation phone is real, but for some reason it's called the Xperia Play

Sony Ericsson yesterday officially revealed what gadget geeks had been anticipating for months — a handheld PlayStation that makes phone calls.
The only twist is that it's being marketed the other way around, as a mobile phone that happens to play games.
Called the Xperia Play, it looks like a stock standard smartphone that slides out to reveal PlayStation controls.
The Superbowl ad focused heavily on the fact that the phone part of the Play will run Google Android.
The clip showed the Android mascot, a green robot, having human thumbs surgically appended to its arms. The slogan? "Android is ready to play."
No further details, like a price or launch date, were revealed in the ad.
An official Sony Ericsson Facebook page says more news will be announced on February 13, the day before the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
