A totally bizarre iPhone glitch causes woman’s alarm to go off at 9.25am every morning despite her not having set it – and even the tech giant’s baffled.

Angele Sofia, a British TikTok user, had claimed she’s being “haunted” by an alarm that goes off at the same time every day – even though she’s not scheduled it, The Sun reports.

Stunned and seeking answers, Sofia has since taken to TikTok, desperately pleading help to figure out what’s going on and most importantly, how to put an end to the irritating issue that Apple seem to be unable to fix.

‘’I’m convinced I’m going to die at 9.25 in the morning. Like it’s a prediction of my death,’’ she told her followers in the video.

“I have some sort of glitch or problem on my iPhone that no single Apple employee can seem to figure out, so I’m turning to TikTok because I need help.

“Basically, I have an alarm that goes off every morning at 9.25am without fail.

“And I do not have an alarm set at 9.25, nor have I ever had an alarm set at 9.25am.”

According to the young woman, the alarm started “out of the blue’’ around four or five years ago, and has since troubled her every day up until now.

“The alarm only rings if my phone is not on silent, which obviously isn’t normal for an alarm, and it only rings once,” she added.

To make matters worse, Sofia added that getting a new phone hasn’t changed the situation either, as the alarm always seems to transfer to the latest iPhone as well.

“When you get a new iPhone, you can transfer your data over, because I don’t want to start fresh.

“My 9.25 alarm comes with it, and it’s the most stressful thing.”

Luckily for Sofia, whose video has racked up thousands of views, there were plenty of possible solutions in the comments.

One reckoned: “It’s in your Health app.”

Another chimed in: ‘’I FIGURED IT OUT!! Go to health app>summary tab>sleep>full schedule & options>edit full schedule>scroll down> delete schedule.’’

However, unfortunately for the young woman, this hack seemed to be of no good, as she was left disappointed.

“If I go through my alarms into my Sleep, there is nothing set up,” she explained in a follow-up video.

“If I go through Health and into the Sleep section, you can also see that it’s not in there either.”

Meanwhile, other users insisted that resetting her Settings app or deleting the Clock app would resolve the issue – but again, to no avail, she soon came to learn.

In a video posted since, the TikToker said: “I genuinely think at this point there’s nothing I can do.

“I’ve deleted the Clock, I’ve deleted the Calendar, I’ve deleted the Shortcuts app, I’ve deleted my reminders.

“I’ve deleted all the things that people say it could come from and have rebooted my phone after deleting them.

“I think at this point it might just be time to retire.”
