A CANNY woman helped police use iPhone tracking software to nab three people after an alleged aggravated burglary early this morning.

Police were called to a home in Fraser St, Brunswick, after one of three women sleeping at the property woke at 2am to find belongings missing.

One of the women used iPhone tracking software to assist police in finding her iPhone, which was at an address in Hope Street, Brunswick.

Officers narrowed the search and executed a warrant on a unit.

It's alleged a large amount of property believed to be from the Fraser St property was located.

An 18-year-old woman is in custody.

She is expected to appear before the Broadmeadows Magistrate's Court this morning.

Two men - a 24-year-old from Brunswick and an 18-year-old from Drouin - have been charged with aggravated burglary.

They were bailed to appear at court at a later date.
