Waterfalls frozen in time as temperatures drop in China’s Taihang Mountains

TOURISTS are flocking to see this spooky yet spectacular looking quirk of nature in the Taihang Mountains of China.

TEMPERATURES have taken a severe drop to -12C in the Taihang Mountains of Hebei Province, China, even causing waterfalls to freeze over.

Looking eerily like they’ve been frozen in time, tourists have been flocking to see the natural phenomenon take shape. Below is a photo of what the waterfalls normally look like in all of their moving glory.
