IF ANYONE can prevent an environmental disaster in its tracks, it’s the Incredible Hulk.
Well, sort of.
As vast floods hit Chicago in the United States, the news team at WGN’s Morning News took to their helicopter to report live from the scene in Burbank.
What they didn’t expect, though, was this guy.
Yes, that’s a giant Incredible Hulk garden statue. And yes, that’s his hilarious owner.
“Notice there’s no water in his backyard? It’s too scared (of The Hulk),” anchor Robin Baumgarten joked.

On Friday, flooding buried cars under inches of rain as flash flooding took hold after days of wet weather. Up to 1600 homes were flooded, intitally caused by sewerage problems heavily compounded by rain storms.
