US winter Olympian Kate Hansen got the fright of her life when she opened her dorm door to see a wolf walking past, and she filmed the whole thing.

US winter Olympian Kate Hansen got the fright of her life when she opened her dorm door to see a wolf walking past.

The 21-year-old luger posted a video of the wandering wolf on twitter with the caption, “Wolf in my hall?!? #SochiProblems #SochiFail”

But there’s some doubt about whether or not the animal was actually a wolf, with YouTube users speculating it was actually a dog.

Either way, it’s not exactly a great endorsement for accommodation in Sochi, which has been marred by criticism since the games kicked off.
