Nick Kyrgios posts cryptic engagement ring photo with girlfriend

Nick Kyrgios’ week in the headlines has taken a twist with the Aussie tennis star sharing a photo with girlfriend Costeen Hatzi.

Nick Kyrgios has shared a photo with girlfriend Costeen Hatzi that is sure to get tongues wagging.

The Aussie star has had a turbulent week after being branded a jerk by Aussie basketball icon Steve Carfino over claims he went over the top with his intensity during a star-studded celebrity basketball game for charity.

However, his week has taken a big turn with the loved-up couple sharing a photo on Instagram that included emojis showing a diamond ring and a love heart.

The pair have made no other mention of their relationship status since posting the photo on on their Instagram stories on Wednesday night.

However, Kyrgios did comment on a photo Hatzi posted earlier on Wednesday by writing: “I can’t wait to life with you”.

The couple have been celebrating Kyrgios’ birthday. He turned 27-years-old on Wednesday.

Hatzi shared a series of old posts and videos of their relationship to mark the occasion.

They also posted video of Kyrgios with a green birthday cake.

Their relationship has been a fascination for fans with Hatzi, 21, appearing to have finally tamed the famously colourful tennis player.

Her earlier post showed how close the pair are.

She wrote in a post that included love heart emojis: “Happy birthday to the most incredible human I have ever met. I am so lucky to have you & forever grateful for everything you have done for me.

“Your selflessness & care is unmatched. I can’t wait to do life with you & travel the world together, I love you today & forever.”

Kyrgios responded: “This is the nicest message I’ve ever receive. ️Can’t wait to life with you as well my beautiful poooot”.

Since going Instagram official in December, Costeen has continued to treat her rising number of followers with sexy selfies and various bikini snaps flaunting her fit figure.

She now has more than 63,000 followers on Instagram.

Hatzi is a Bachelor of Psychological Science graduate, who is also a home decor blogger.

Kyrgios repeatedly thanked Hatzi as one of the reasons he enjoyed such a successful Australian Open campaign this year, where he and Thanasi Kokkinakis went on a rollercoaster ride to win the men’s doubles championship.

He flew back to Sydney the day after the grand slam final victory to be with Hatzi in Sydney.

There were rumours last month Kyrgios was considering moving to Sydney as a result of their blossoming relationship.

His recent public comments suggest the couple could be inseparable this year — even as he travels around the world on the ATP Tour.

He said he is able to provide for his partner if she wants to travel with him.

He clearly likes the way things are right now with the Sydney-based influencer.

“Relationships are easy when both people are invested,” he told Stellar.

“It’s hard to move a couch on your own. I have had a couple past relationships that are brutal when you’re away from them for so long. It does affect you when you’re on the court.

“The luxury I have now in my career is that I’m able to provide for the person and if they want to travel with me they can.

“I’m in a very blessed situation that not many people are able to do. Hopefully everything works out but I don’t plan anything anymore.”
