BEST BET
CURSE IT (Race 2 No. 1): The Greg Eurell-trained three-year-old rattled home for third on debut. Race experience and more ground will make him harder to beat.
NEXT BEST
THE CUNNING FOX (Race 4 No. 1): The gelding faded in town second-up and will be much fitter for that outing. He’ll find this assignment more to his liking.
BARNAGE (Race 6 No. 2): Has raced consistently across the summer, including a good effort at Geelong. He has trialled well and could show up fresh.
VALUE BET
TREASUREFLIGHT (Race 7 No. 12): Bold frontrunner that has been OK at his last two runs but won easily at Geelong three runs back. He could surprise in the last.
THE JOCKEY – DANIEL STACKHOUSE
Jockey Daniel Stackhouse heads to Geelong for five rides on Tuesday. MAYA’S ACE (Race 1 No. 5), LANE CHANGER (Race 3 No. 15), TARVUE (Race 4 No. 6), TORONADO BOOM (Race 6 No. 3), LA PLEINE LUNE (Race 7 No. 7).
