The imported gelding sustained a long run to score his maiden win in good fashion before finishing a safely held second to Group 1 placed Benaud last time out.

BEST BET
Race 7 No. 4: VILLA TREVILLE
A promising filly who has won two of her four starts. Drawn wide but has Aaron Bullock to guide her and the wet track won’t bother her.
NEXT BEST
Race 6 No.7: JOHNNY DASH
Followed up two improving runs with a near seven and a half win in record time over 1400m at Dubbo on June 2. Freshened for his drop back to 1200m.
THE INSIDE MAIL FOR KEMBLA
RACE 1
Nanshe settled last and was held up for a run from the turn until about the 150m when she squeezed through a gap on her way to a two and a quarter length third to Little Baia over 1200m when resuming at Gosford on July 6. Will go close here with clear running. Pirate should have finished much closer than the four lengths he was beaten by Kangaroo Court on debut here after having no luck trying to find a run in the straight. Burns To Embrace was just nabbed by Double Scoop at Wyong first-up. Will be prominent again. Huracanevo found trouble early when fifth to Lysander at Wyong on June 15. Trialled well since and blinkers go on.
Bet: Nanshe to win
RACE 2
Yet He Moves was backed from $31 into $8.50 on debut where he raced near last and made ground out wide to finish two and a half lengths behind talented filly Arts. Was spelled after his fifth of six to In Love And War at Warwick Farm on Mar 15. Went to the line under a hold in winning his Rosehill trial on July 4. Enotis got back and was widest around the bend when a short half head second to Gallic Fox as favourite at Hawkesbury when resuming on June 29. Leading chance again. The Riddler has been okay in his two runs since coming to Sydney. Backing up from a fourth at Gosford last week and gets the blinkers on. Deelbreaker has placed his last two starts and won’t be far away again.
Bet: Yet He Moves to win. Quinella 1, 2
RACE 3
Candlelit raced outside the leader when third to High Plateau over 1000m on debut here on Feb 23 before again racing on speed when fourth to the well-backed Jedibeel over 1100m at Hawkesbury on Mar 14. Has come back in good order going on his two trials and drawn ideally. Decisive Lass was doing her best work through the line when fourth behind Kangaroo Court first-up here on June 27. Galactic Miss raced keenly back in the field before getting an inside run after straightening and closing for second to Little Baia at Gosford on July 6. Allebasi raced in restricted room entering the straight before getting up along the fence when fifth to C’Mon Mate here on July 1. Don’t take lightly.
Bet: Candlelit each-way
RACE 4
Well Timed started at $101 but produced a handy run on debut when a length and a half sixth behind Soldier Of Rome after coming from back in the field on the Kensington track on Mar 8. Raced on speed and wasn’t pushed to win his Warwick Farm trial on July 7. Will give a bold sight on his home track. Rockabilly Rebel tracked the leader when third to Shaken at Wyong on July 4. Full Revolution boxed on well to finish a length second to Mission Ridge when resuming at Hawkesbury on June 29. Lady Of Poise is a debutant by Trapeze Artist from Group 2 winner Blueberry Hill. Trialling very well.
Bet: Well Timed each-way
RACE 5
Dancing Alone debuted with a good debut win at Canberra on Jan 20 and backed it up with a smart victory from Time To Boogie at Kembla 18 days later. Has won her two recent trials nicely and can maintain her unbeaten record. Spicy Hotpot faded late first-up when eighth to Bubba’s Boy on the Kensington on June 14 but turned in a much better effort when fifth to Omni Man in a Bm72 on the Kensington track on July 14 after racing back in the field. Boomsong debuted for new stable with a nice win from Boss at Hawkesbury on June 29. Won his only start this track and distance. Vegas Raider will appreciate a drop in grade.
Bet: Dancing Alone to win
RACE 6
Asva raced wide without cover but showed plenty of tenacity to hit the front at the 100m before being caught on the line by the fast finishing Alfano here on June 27. Good win at Newcastle the start prior. Drawn out again but very consistent. Queen Astrid won well at Hawkesbury on June 11 before a length second to Oakfield Redgum at Wyong last time out. Drawn ideally and looks the main danger. Double Scoop followed a handy second to Sumo Star at Canterbury with his maiden win from Burns To Embrace at Wyong last start. Lysander has claims on his all-the-way win at Wyong two starts back.
Bet: Asva to win
RACE 7
Star Mission had a tough run out three-wide when 10th to Diamond Diesel who dominated from the front when resuming in a Bm 72 Midway over 1200m at Rosehill on July 8. Suited stepping up to 1300m, she won second-up last campaign and has drawn beautifully in gate 4. Stars And Bars was something of a good thing beaten at Newcastle two starts back. Freshened and dropped back to 1000m when fifth at Hawkesbury. Back up to his right distance. Tinka’s Lad was just nosed out by Charlemagne here last start. Wide draw is the concern. Stablemate Selfless Act has claims but has also drawn wide.
Bet: Star Mission each-way
RACE 8
Atlantic Jewel’s son Fleet Commander sustained a 700m run to win his maiden in good style over 1900m at Gosford on June 22 before bumping into ATC Derby runner-up Benaud when runner-up in a Class 1 at Wyong on July 4. Deep Voyage was just beaten over 1600m at Scone on June 30 before backing up nine days later with an all-the-way win over 1800m at Hawkesbury. Earl Of Devon gets to his right distance but has drawn wide. The Professor toughed it out to win his maiden over 1800m at Hawkesbury last start.
Bet: Fleet Commander to win
